The antigens in all our ELISAs are developed in-house using the latest technologies, and are produced recombinantly or purified from a native source to optimize clinical performance. Autoantibodies appear when the immune system attacks self-antigens. For diagnostics, the detection of these autoantibodies can support the decision-making of the diagnosis.
